01. Controller and contact details

This notice covers the website www.visistream.it and enquiries sent to its contact addresses. VisiStream is a service offered by Visiware S.a.s. di Stefano Bisogni & C., the controller of the personal data described on this page.

Processing associated with a VisiStream service at a client's premises will be described in the information and agreements for that service.

02. When you contact us

The form collects your name, business or facility, message and at least one contact detail — email or phone number — needed to handle the enquiry and contact you. You may provide both. Sector, location and number of screens are optional. If you contact us by email or phone, we process the contact details and information you choose to share. Avoid including health data, identity documents or unnecessary personal information about other people.

We use this data to respond, understand the project, prepare a quote or provide the requested support. For enquiries about a potential contract or an agreed service, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general information and communications with business representatives, it is the legitimate interest in responding to correspondence received, under point (f) of the same Article.

Providing data is voluntary; without essential contact details and information, we may be unable to respond. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise promotional communications.

The form message is delivered to contact@visistream.it. The website does not retain a copy in a contact database: correspondence remains in the mailboxes and tools used to handle the enquiry. If you download the summary, the file is prepared on your device without being sent to VisiStream.

03. Browsing and statistics

To deliver pages, the server receives technical information such as the IP address, requested resource and browser headers. The provider may record this in its operational and security logs, separate from the counts described below.

The VisiStream counter stores only the page, day and number of views. It does not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, referral sources, URL parameters or individual browsing paths. Another view may be counted even when it comes from the same person: we do not measure unique visitors.

The counter does not use cookies, persistent browser storage or device fingerprints and does not send counts to advertising platforms. Technical information received with the request is processed to operate the service and exclude common bots, without being added to the statistics archive.

To limit form abuse and administrative login attempts, the server temporarily uses an IP address fingerprint. This is not anonymous data and is not included in statistics. A random request reference and a message fingerprint are also used to prevent duplicate submissions.

Technical processing is based on the legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure and understanding which pages are useful (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), using aggregate counts and temporary controls to limit the impact on visitors. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made.

04. How long we retain data

Correspondence

To manage the response and any clarification, until the enquiry is closed. Afterwards, only information needed for a potential contractual relationship, legal obligations or a specific dispute is retained, for the applicable periods.

Abuse prevention controls

IP fingerprints remain in server memory for a maximum of 15 minutes for the form and 10 minutes for administrative access; duplicate-prevention references and fingerprints are retained for up to one hour.

Page counts

Aggregate totals, with no visitor identifiers, are retained to compare page views over time, including by year and across the full history, until they are reset or the archive is retired.

05. Who may receive the data

Data is accessible to the controller and people authorised to handle enquiries and support. The website uses Aruba S.p.A.'s Windows Hosting service; hosting, email and technical support providers may process data to deliver their services, according to the applicable roles and agreements. Data is neither published nor sold; it may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

Website fonts, images and scripts are hosted locally. No third-party advertising services, maps, video players or analytics tools are embedded. External links, for example to Visiware.it, open websites with their own privacy notices.

06. Cookies and other technologies

Browsing public pages does not use profiling or advertising cookies. The website code does not set cookies for the contact form or counter and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage to recognise people visiting the pages.

Prior consent is not required for this strictly technical use, and no acceptance banner is displayed. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking the essential cookie prevents the administrator from remaining logged in. Public pages remain accessible.

Any new services requiring non-essential cookies or other tracking will need an updated notice and, where required, a prior choice by the user.

07. Your rights

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction and, where the conditions apply, portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest for reasons relating to your situation.

Email info@visistream.it, specifying your request and any information needed to identify the correspondence. We normally respond within one month; if an extension is required in the circumstances provided for by the GDPR, we will inform you and explain the reasons. Aggregate counts cannot identify an individual's visits.

You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority, and seek a judicial remedy.
